Product description
A modern, multifunctional heat transfer fluid concentrate designed for heating and cooling systems. The product is manufactured in a ready-to-use form and does not require additional dilution. It is based on ethylene glycol and demineralized water, enhanced with a комплекс of anti-corrosion and biological protection additives that ensure long service life and stable system performance.

The use of ELVI Termofit Concentrate guarantees reliable protection of equipment against freezing even at extremely low temperatures (–20 °C, –25 °C, or –35 °C depending on the marking), while also preventing limescale formation, bacterial growth, and corrosion processes.
The product is compatible with the main materials used in engineering systems—copper, aluminum, brass, and steel—making it a universal solution for most heating and cooling installations.

ELVI Termofit Concentrate is equally suitable for industrial facilities requiring high reliability and long service life, as well as for individual heating systems in private homes. The use of this heat transfer fluid extends equipment lifespan and reduces the risk of system failures, ensuring stable and efficient operation throughout the entire heating season.
System preparation
Before filling the system with the heat transfer fluid, preparatory work must be carried out. First, ensure that the system is leak-tight and cleaned of limescale, corrosion deposits, and residues of previous working fluids. For this purpose, it is recommended to flush the circuit with water or a dedicated cleaning solution. A clean system allows the heat transfer fluid to operate at maximum efficiency and extends its service life.

Before use, ELVI Termofit should be mixed to ensure uniform distribution of all active components. The system should be filled slowly, monitoring the level and preventing the formation of air pockets. After filling, it is recommended to start circulation and verify that the fluid is evenly distributed throughout the system.
Application
  • –20 °C → 70% concentrate + 30% water
  • –25 °C → 75% concentrate + 25% water
  • –35 °C → 80% concentrate + 20% water
The product is intended exclusively for closed heating and cooling systems where constant pressure is maintained and there is no direct contact with atmospheric air. The system must be filled at a temperature not lower than +5 °C. After filling, it is recommended to check the system pressure, the tightness of all connections, and to release any trapped air.

The service life of the heat transfer fluid in a closed system is up to 5 years. After this period, the fluid must be replaced even if no visible changes are observed, as the additives gradually lose their active properties. During long-term operation, it is recommended to periodically check the condition of the heat transfer fluid, including its clarity, pH level, and the absence of mechanical impurities.

The use of ELVI Termofit helps increase system energy efficiency, reduce the risk of failures, and ensure reliable protection of equipment throughout the entire service life of the product.
Disposal
Hardened material and empty packaging should be disposed of as household waste.

Do not freeze. Store in tightly closed containers at a temperature from +5 °C to +30 °C, protect from direct sunlight and sources of heat.
Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture (indicated on the packaging).
Contains ethylene glycol. Toxic if swallowed. Do not use in drinking water supply systems.
EUH208: Contains 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one. May cause an allergic reaction.
Keep out of reach of children! In case of contact with eyes — rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
