ELVI EKO Termofit Concentrate is an environmentally friendly, propylene glycol–based heat transfer fluid concentrate designed for heating and cooling systems in residential buildings, greenhouses, as well as commercial and industrial facilities. The product does not contain ethylene glycol, making it non-toxic and safer for both people and the environment.

The heat transfer fluid contains effective corrosion and scale inhibitors that extend the service life of heating systems and ensure stable, long-term performance. It is suitable for systems with steel, copper, aluminum, and plastic components.

ELVI EKO Termofit Concentrate is suitable for both closed and open systems and, when used correctly, provides freeze protection down to –35 °C. In a sealed system, the product service life can reach up to 5 years.

Before filling the heating or cooling system with the heat transfer fluid, it is important to ensure that the system is clean and free of deposits, rust, or scale. A contaminated system can reduce the efficiency of the heat transfer fluid and shorten its service life.

It is recommended to flush the system with a suitable cleaning solution or clean water until all impurities are completely removed. Special attention should be paid to older heating systems where other heat transfer fluids have been used previously.
Before use, make sure that all system connections are tight and free of leaks to ensure safe and long-lasting performance of ELVI EKO Termofit Concentrate.

ELVI EKO Termofit Concentrate is a concentrate that must be diluted only with demineralized or distilled water before use. The dilution ratio depends on the required level of freeze protection, such as –20 °C, –25 °C, or –35 °C.

• –20 °C → 70% concentrate + 30% water
• –25 °C → 75% concentrate + 25% water
• –35 °C → 80% concentrate + 20% water

Before filling the system, the prepared mixture must be thoroughly mixed to ensure a homogeneous composition. This guarantees even protection throughout the system and optimal heat transfer performance.
The product is not intended for use in drinking water supply systems. Store in tightly closed containers at temperatures between +5 °C and +30 °C, protected from direct sunlight. Manufactured in Latvia by SIA SABĪNE-E, ensuring high quality and compliance with industry requirements.

Hardened material and empty packaging should be disposed of as household waste.
