Product description
ELVI EKO Termofit is a modern, environmentally friendly heat transfer fluid based on propylene glycol and demineralized water. The product is ready to use and requires no dilution. Its advanced formula with anti-corrosion and biocidal additives ensures reliable and long-lasting operation of heating and cooling systems.

ELVI Eko Termofit provides effective protection against freezing at temperatures down to –20 °C,
–25 °C, or –35 °C depending on the grade. It prevents scale buildup, bacterial growth, and corrosion, maintaining stable thermal performance even under prolonged operation.

The product is compatible with common engineering materials such as copper, aluminum, brass, and steel. It is safe, non-toxic, and free from ethylene glycol, making it an ideal choice for industrial, commercial, and residential heating and cooling systems. The use of this heat transfer fluid extends the service life of equipment and reduces the risk of malfunctions, ensuring stable and efficient system operation throughout the entire heating season.
System preparation
Before filling the system with heat transfer fluid, ensure it is leak-tight and free from deposits, rust, and residues of previous liquids. It is recommended to flush the circuit with clean water or a special cleaning solution to maximize efficiency and system longevity.

Shake or stir ELVI EKO Termofit thoroughly before use to evenly distribute all active components. This step ensures consistent properties and balanced protection throughout the system.
Fill the system slowly while monitoring pressure and preventing air locks. Once filled, start the circulation pump and make sure the liquid is evenly distributed across all parts of the system.
Application
ELVI EKO Termofit is fully ready to use and designed exclusively for closed heating and cooling systems that operate under constant pressure without contact with air. Suitable for systems made of copper, aluminum, brass, and steel components.

The filling temperature should not be below +5 °C. After filling, check system pressure and joints for leaks, and remove trapped air to ensure stable and efficient heat exchange.

The service life of the coolant in a closed system is up to 5 years. Regular monitoring of clarity, pH, and cleanliness is recommended. If the fluid becomes cloudy or shows sediment, it should be replaced to maintain system performance.
Disposal
Hardened material and empty packaging should be disposed of as household waste.

ATTENTION!

Do not freeze. Store in tightly closed containers at a temperature from +5 °C to +30 °C, protect from direct sunlight and sources of heat.
Shelf life: 36 months from the date of manufacture (indicated on the packaging).
