Surface preparation:General requirement for any surface—it must be completely dry, clean, and stable. Before starting work, thoroughly clean off dust, dirt, oils, grease, wax, silicone contamination, loose rust, and old, unstable coatings.
- Metal substrates: Degrease new metal and, if necessary, lightly matte it with an abrasive (P180–P240); matte and thoroughly degrease galvanized metal and aluminum; whereas metal with corrosion should be mechanically cleaned of loose rust down to a stable base and degreased.
- Wood and wood-based materials: For natural wood (moisture content not exceeding 12–15%), sand the surface (initial sanding P120–P150, finish P180–P240) and degrease resinous areas. Lightly sand and clean MDF, chipboard (DSP), OSB, and plywood; pre-matte laminated surfaces.
- Mineral substrates: Decorative plasters, concrete, and plaster surfaces must be completely dry and free from unstable particles; priming is strongly recommended in case of high absorption.
Application:- Preparation before painting: Before use, mix the material thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency is reached and, if necessary, perform a test application.
- Climatic conditions: Apply at an air and surface temperature of +10 °C to +30 °C and a relative air humidity of <80%. Do not apply to damp surfaces if there is a risk of condensation, nor in direct sunlight or during precipitation.
- Tools: Apply with a brush, roller, spray gun, decorative sponge, spatula, or trowel.
Drying time (+23 °C; RH: 65%) - 24h, with an interval between coats of 1h.
