Elvi AllPro Facade Silicone is a high-quality, deep matt silicone façade paint with excellent protective and decorative properties. The paint is based on a silicone emulsion binder, providing high resistance to weather conditions, UV radiation, and long-term building protection.

Thanks to silicone technology, the paint is vapour permeable – it promotes moisture release from structures while protecting the façade from external environmental impact. Its dirt-repellent properties help maintain a clean and aesthetic façade appearance for a longer period of time.

The paint is intended for façades, plinths, balconies, and terraces, and is also suitable for façade thermal insulation composite systems with basalt mineral wool insulation. It is available in a wide range of colours according to the NCS and RAL colour systems.

The surface to be painted must be dry and free from dust. Old paint must be removed, and the surface cleaned down to a solid base. Glossy painted surfaces must be sanded to a matte finish. For better adhesion, the surface should be primed with ELVI TIEFGRUND A-05 primer. Using a primer increases the durability of the painted surface and reduces paint consumption.

Mix thoroughly before use. Apply in 1-2 coats with a 2-hour interval between coats. The painting temperature should be between +5°C and +25°C. Dilution with water (if necessary): up to 10%.

Avoid release into water or soil. Dispose of empty packaging and hardened material as household waste.

ATTENTION! Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C in tightly closed packaging. The date of manufacture is indicated on the packaging. Keep out of reach of children. Wash tools with water. EUH208: Contains a biocidal mixture: 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one and 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one. May cause an allergic skin reaction.
