Multi-functional airless application coating ELVI AIRMIX 3in1

Ready-to-use coating for walls and ceilings that combines the properties of primer, filler, and finishing coat. Forms a dense, smooth, high-coverage surface without sanding. Strengthens the substrate, levels minor defects, and normalizes absorption capacity. Can be tinted. Suitable for industrial and utility spaces as a final coating without additional painting. Helps to quickly and effectively prepare old, uneven substrates with varying strength and absorption for painting or wallpapering. The application technique should be adjusted to the desired result, considering that the material is difficult to sand and should be sanded immediately as soon as possible.

The surface must be dry, strong, and clean, with an evenness deviation of no more than 1 mm per 2 meters. Porous and uneven surfaces should be primed with ELVI TIEFGRUND A-05 to improve adhesion and reduce material consumption.

Mix thoroughly before use. Apply with an airless spray in 1–3 coats depending on the substrate. Application temperature +8°C to +35°C, consumption 0.4 – 1.7 kg/m², layer thickness up to 2 mm per application. Recommended nozzle x27 – x31, distance from surface 50 – 80 cm. Intercoat drying time at least 6 hours, full drying 6–24 hours at +23°C and 50% RH. Gloss level 4 (deep matte), A base.

Avoid discharge into water bodies and soil. Empty packaging and hardened material should be disposed of as household waste according to local regulations.

ATTENTION! Shelf life is 18 months from the date of manufacture if stored at +5°C to +35°C in a tightly sealed container. The manufacturing date is indicated on the packaging. Keep out of reach of children! EUH208: Contains a biocide mixture: 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one. May cause an allergic skin reaction.
