ELVI PRO BOND 10 is a high-performance, flexible, next-generation premium polymer dispersion-based tile adhesive for professional use. It is designed for durable bonding of finishing materials to vertical and horizontal surfaces, for both interior and exterior applications.

The product is formulated with mineral fillers, reinforcing components and special functional additives that provide high bond strength, excellent thixotropic properties, optimal open time and excellent workability. The adhesive is ready to use, requires no mixture preparation and ensures consistently high quality.

After fully drying, the adhesive retains its flexibility, forming a moisture-resistant material that withstands temperature fluctuations (–30...+80 °C) and service loads. It effectively compensates for minor linear movements of the substrate, reducing the risk of cracking and delamination of finishing materials.

Suitable for concrete, cement-based renders and screeds, aerated concrete, plasterboard, gypsum plasters, cement-bonded particle boards, fibre cement boards, existing ceramic tiles, and substrates with underfloor heating.

The substrate must be sound, stable, clean, and dry or slightly damp. Prime absorbent surfaces with ELVI TIEFGRUND A-05 and dense or low-absorbency surfaces with ELVI AQUABLOCK PROF.
Before use, mix the adhesive until a homogeneous consistency is achieved. Do not add water or other materials. Apply with a notched trowel and press the tile firmly into the fresh adhesive layer. For tiles larger than 600 × 600 mm, apply the adhesive to both the substrate and the back of the tile. Application temperature: +5 to +35 °C.

Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, bituminous coatings, unstable substrates, or surfaces permanently exposed to water without a suitable waterproofing system.

Store in a tightly closed container, out of reach of children, at +5...+35 °C. Protect from direct heat sources, sunlight and overheating. Shelf life: 24 months from the date of manufacture indicated on the packaging.
Do not allow the product to enter drains, bodies of water or soil. Dispose of empty packaging and hardened material as household waste in accordance with local regulations.

EUH 208. Contains a mixture of: 5-chloro-2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one. May cause an allergic skin reaction.
