ELVI Floorfix PRO is a high-quality, water-based acrylic tackifier adhesive designed for removable floor coverings such as carpet tiles (with textile, felt, bitumen, or PVC backing), vinyl and PVC tiles, as well as LVT loose-lay planks. The adhesive forms a permanently tacky film that ensures secure fixation of the floor covering while allowing it to be easily lifted and re-laid, for example, during renovations or space reconfiguration.

The product is solvent-free and 2-ethylhexanol-free, with very low emissions (M1 classification), ensuring safe use in indoor environments with high air quality requirements — such as offices, schools, and healthcare facilities. The adhesive is environmentally friendly and provides long-lasting durability while maintaining flexibility and tack throughout its service life.

The substrate must be dry, firm, level, and clean, with a relative humidity below 75%. It must be free from dust, grease, paint, plaster residues, wax, or polishing agents. Porous surfaces should be primed and fully dried, while smooth, painted surfaces should be sanded to a matte finish and cleaned. During renovation, ELVI Floorfix PRO can be applied over existing PVC or linoleum flooring, provided that all dirt and wax residues have been completely removed beforehand. A properly prepared surface ensures maximum adhesion and extends the adhesive’s service life.

Before use, stir the adhesive thoroughly and apply a thin, even layer with a roller. Allow it to dry until it reaches a tacky stage, then install the floor covering. The waiting time before tack formation is 35–60 minutes on absorbent surfaces and 1.5–2 hours on non-absorbent surfaces (at +23 °C, 50% RH).
The consumption rate is approximately 6–12 m² per liter, depending on the substrate and application method. For underfloor heating, switch the heating off 48 hours before installation, and turn it back on gradually after 7 days. The adhesive is intended for indoor use only.

Hardened material and packaging should be disposed of as household waste.

ATTNTION! The adhesive remains usable for 24 months from the date of manufacture, provided it is stored in a tightly closed container at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C.
