Description
Highly elastic, moisture-resistant dispersion adhesive with long open time and strong initial tack. Designed for fixing vinyl tiles, PVC floor coverings (with or without backing), textile and felt floor coverings with rubber or foam backing, cork-based materials, and decorative elements made of foam or polyurethane. Suitable for use on concrete, self-leveling compounds, gypsum board, wood-based panels (OSB, plywood, hardboard, chipboard), and pressed cardboard — both in dry and damp indoor areas. Compatible with underfloor heating systems. Also suitable for installing thick PVC wall coverings on both absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces. Remains flexible and sticky even after drying.
Surface preparation & application
Substrate must be strong, dry, clean, and free of grease, dust, and dirt. For concrete or self-leveling screeds, we recommend priming the surface with ELVI FACADE BASE PRIMER. Maximum moisture content: concrete – 4%, wood – 8%.
Mix the adhesive thoroughly before use. Apply evenly with a notched trowel (1.5–3 mm). On highly absorbent surfaces, press and level the covering within 20–30 minutes. On dense surfaces or for thick coverings, allow adhesive to sit for 30–60 minutes to develop tack. If applying onto dried adhesive, ensure strong adhesion by firmly pressing the covering to the substrate. Ideal temperature for substrate, adhesive, and environment: +18°C to +25°C. Clean fresh adhesive with water; dried adhesive with acetone, white spirit, or xylene. Do not walk on the surface for at least 24 hours.
Disposal
Dispose of hardened material and empty containers as household waste. Store in a tightly closed container above +1°C. Shelf life: 18 months from production date.
